Fasting For Freedom

Fasting is a great self-healing therapy almost anyone can use. BUT you have to be careful and know something about what you are doing! BEFORE fasting, I suggest you pre-fast with the suggestions in my book, Original Fasting, as I know of no other fasting book that will prepare you for fasting as completely and safely as Original Fasting! With a few simple suggestions, you can monitor your progress and safely maintain your electrolytes and fluid balance. Questions?

Which Weight to Lose First?

Hmm? Which weight shall I lose first?  That might be your best question if your goal is permanent weight loss. Heads up! If you are thinking that you need to lose weight and you're trying to decide which diet plan to follow, Consider that 95% of all weight losers - Gain all their weight back within 5 years! That's right. Gain it back and sometimes more. You have to lose mental weight AND emotional weight FIrst, or during weight loss in order to remain permanently healthy with a smaller body. If you have already lost and regained - YOU know what I mean. Read my book, The Inside Outside Diet, that will get you started on a One Way street to permanent weight loss - and a healthy body. I don't know of any other book that handles the true full scope of losing weight to regain a healthy, capable body.

Meditation or Contemplation - Which is for you?

To meditate or not to meditate that is the contemplation!  Many think of meditation as the spiritual quest that could bring enlightenment. But Contemplation is by far the greater prerequisite to a healthy and successful meditation. For to meditate with results and safety (that's right - I said safety), you must have your ducks in a row. Your Nature and Mind balanced! To do this, I suggest anyone first complete the major contemplations in their life before using the numerous types of meditations on themselves.
