Meditation and Contemplation

Meditation helps with transcendence. So you don't want to transcend with a distorted and falliable you. Contemplation helps put you in order. That's where you start.
Contemplate, "What am I?" along with "Who am I?"  Follow each question back to an original answer. Keep asking what or why until you are finished. You will know when you are done when no more answers to the original question can be given. Then see how you feel about the answers you determined. NOTE: If you plan on doing these contemplations between 12:05 and 12:10 of your business lunch break, you aren't going to get anything of value. Contemplations of you, as a part of reality, are serious things that will start to establish your real Nature.
